Dear Ms. Baum,

Thank you for accepting my paintings, Wild and Oval Wood, into the ArtFirst exhibition! I would have liked to have met you at the reception but I am in California so only my art will be there.

I was asked to enter the competition by MaryBeth Sherr and I was impressed that you were a curator in it. I hope to hear from you about how the exhibit goes.
